The Safariland 6280 Mid-Ride is the holster that kicked off the SLS series. The 6280 SLS is a holster that provides superior quality and exceptional performance. Featuring the Self Locking System (SLS)in the firearm remains securely locked and in place underneath the locking hood. By simply pushing down and rotating the hood forwardin the gun is ready to be drawn. Made from Safarilands proprietary thermal plasticin the SLS protects the firearm from the elements. SafariSuedein a soft internal coating prevents scratches and finish wear. The SLS Mid-Ride features a universal belt loop that mounts securely and comfortably. The belt mount provides a tensioning screw that when adjusted properlyin can provide level 3 retention. The SLS is a top tierin level 2 retention holster that allows for a smooth drawin comfortable wearin and mission essential security.
