California Ammunition Shipping Policy

We are committed to helping our California customers navigate a restrictive ammo sales environment.

To that end, we have developed the following policy for shipping ammo to California:

  1. All ammo shipments to California will be sent via a licensed carrier that is authorized to transport ammunition in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

  2. All California customers who wish to purchase ammo from Airix Armor must provide us with their receiving FFL's California Ammo dealer license before we can ship their order. This is to ensure that the customer is receiving the ammo through a licensed dealer who can verify that the customer is legally eligible to receive it.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse any order for ammo to California that we believe may be in violation of any state or federal laws.

  4. All California customers are responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding the possession, use, and storage of ammunition.

  5. We recommend that all California customers familiarize themselves with California's laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition, and that they consult with a legal expert if they have any questions or concerns.

  6. Airix Armor is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or other liabilities that may arise from the use of ammunition purchased from our website.

We at Airix Armor want to make it clear that we appreciate all of our customers, including those in California, and we fully support their right to keep and bear arms as protected by the Second Amendment. Checkout Instructions for California Ammo Buyers:

To comply with California law, all customers in California who wish to purchase ammunition from Airix Armor must provide us with their receiving FFL's California Ammo dealer license before we can ship their order. Here's how to do it:

  1. Checkout as normal and complete your order.

  2. After you receive your order confirmation email, respond to the email with a picture or scan of your FFL's California Ammo dealer license.

  3. Once our team receives your license, we will review it and contact the receiving dealer to arrange for the shipment of the ammo.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order for ammo to California that we believe may be in violation of any state or federal laws.
