New Jersey Ammo Shipment Policy

At Airix Armor, we are committed to providing our customers with safe and responsible access to ammunition. To that end, we have established the following policy for the purchase and shipment of ammunition to New Jersey residents:

• Rifle ammunition (with the exception of "armor-piercing" rounds) and shotgun shells can be shipped directly to New Jersey residents without any additional permits or licenses required.

• However, to purchase pistol ammunition, the buyer must have a valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC), a License to Carry (LTC), or a License to Purchase (LTP) issued by the State of New Jersey.  Without that documentation, pistol ammunition can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in New Jersey.

• The buyer must provide Airix Armor with a valid and current copy of the FPIC, LTC, or LTP before purchasing pistol ammunition. The buyer must also confirm that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition according to all relevant state and federal laws.

• Airix Armor reserves the right to refuse any sale or shipment of ammunition to any individual who fails to meet the above requirements or who appears to be in violation of any state or federal laws.

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition in New Jersey.

We believe that responsible gun ownership starts with responsible access to ammunition. By following this policy, we hope to promote safe and responsible firearm use in the state of New Jersey.
