New York Ammo Shipment Policy for Airix Armor

At Airix Armor, we are committed to providing our customers with safe and responsible access to ammunition. To that end, we have established the following policy for the purchase and shipment of ammunition to residents of New York State:

  • We do not ship to Buffalo, Rochester, or New York City.

  • Ammunition must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder or a registered seller of ammunition in New York State.

  • The buyer must provide Airix Armor with the name and contact information of the FFL holder or registered seller to whom the ammunition will be shipped.  You may respond to the order confirmation email with this info.  The FFL/registered ammo seller may charge you a transfer fee.

  • So called "armor-piercing" ammuntion ammunition is at this time restricted.

  • Airix Armor reserves the right to refuse any sale or shipment of ammunition to any individual who fails to meet the above requirements or who appears to be in violation of any state or federal laws.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition in New York State.

We believe that responsible gun ownership starts with responsible access to ammunition. By following this policy, we hope to promote safe and responsible firearm use in the state of New York.
