Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping & Returns Policy ("Policy") constitutes an agreement between Airix Armor ("Seller," "we," or "us"), a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation, and any individual or entity who places an order or visits our website ("Buyer," "you," or "your"). By placing an order or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, as well as Washington DC and AA, AE, and AP addresses. However, please note that there may be certain restrictions for some products based on logistics and local laws. Specifically, Body Armor and Ballistic Protection products cannot be shipped to CT, and for our ammo shipments to NJ, NY, CA, and IL, please refer to our ammo shipments info pages for more information. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location or individual at our sole discretion.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any restrictions on shipping are solely the responsibility of Buyer, and that Buyer will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing such restrictions.
In the event that an item arrives damaged, Buyer must contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by our discretion in matters involving damaged items or returns.
Returns are available for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, except for night vision, thermal, optics, first aid equipment, ammunition, reloading components, magazines, lights, lasers, holsters, holster accessories, garments, helmets and body armor which are not eligible for returns. Items which come in sealed packages are ineligible for return if the packaging has been opened, or at our discretion. By placing an order, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
Any returns must be approved before shipping back to us. To request a return, Buyer must contact us at email@example.com or fill out the returns form on our website and explain the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please note that shipping fees and credit card processing fees may not be refundable.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any claims regarding shipping, returns, or damaged items must be made in compliance with this Policy, and that failure to comply with this Policy may result in the denial of the claim.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that there may be other conditions not mentioned in this Policy, and that Buyer is solely responsible for complying with any and all such restrictions.
Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that by placing an order or visiting our website, Buyer is bound by our terms and conditions, which can be found at https://airixarmor.com/terms-conditions.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with our terms and conditions.
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer regarding shipping, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of this Policy will be effective only if in writing and signed by Seller.
